Kitty Tacos! We had to rebrand a dollar store item to make itmore desirable for the consumer. This was a blast to make. I hate crunchy corntacos, most of them explode on the first bite as it runs down your arm cursingat these things. Might as well make this experience more fun with Kitty Tacos, Tacosthat are in a shape of kitties! This was a production piece, where I did thedesign in Illustrator and cut and folded into a box shape, then took photos ofthe box, put them in photoshop to clean it up.
Both of these are re-packaging designs for Starbucks and a local brewer in Auburn Washington, Geaux. With the Starbucks we had to choose alocation where they sell produce coffee and make a logo based on that specificlocation. I choose to incorporate their representation of a Imperial citadel dragon,and their famous junk boats in Halong Bay. With the beer bottles I choose Geauxfor their Bourbon street color and themes, fun and festive.
